The main focus of our research program is mechanistic enzymology of DNA replication and DNA repair. Studies focus on the elucidation of the
mechanism and dynamics of polymerization fidelity utilizing transient kinetic methodologies, site-directed
mutagenesis, medicinal chemistry approaches, and cell culture studies.
